All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand soon, sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Every order is packed with care using eco-conscious materials. Each package is treated as a sacred offering, because it is.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and ritual products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at belrituel@yahoo.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Absolutely. We offer custom baths and oils intentionally crafted for your specific needs. You can submit a request directly on the product page or email us with details.

How do I use the ritual baths and oils?

Each item comes with guidance and a suggested ritual. You’ll also find expanded digital ritual guides for select offerings to support you in creating sacred space.

Do your incense blends contain synthetic fragrances?

Never. Our incense is made with pure botanical powders, essential oils, and intentional herbs. No fillers, no artificial scents.
